- Newsletter: email address
- Sponsorship / Membership: name, email, amount and frequency (processed directly by PayPal — see their policy)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, visited pages (server logs for security)

- Respond to your contact requests
- Send you our newsletter (with your explicit consent)
- Manage your donation, sponsorship or membership
- Ensure site security and prevent abuse (logs)
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: your consent (newsletter, contact form), contract performance (donation / sponsorship), and ASI-TOGO's legitimate interest (site security).
5. Retention period
- Contact form messages: 3 years
- Newsletter subscriptions: until your unsubscription
- Donation / sponsorship data: legal accounting retention (10 years)
- Server logs: 12 months maximum
6. Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be transmitted to:
- Our technical providers (OVH host, PayPal for payments) — under confidentiality agreement
- Competent authorities if required by law

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:
